Dear Mr. Massey:
On October 18, 1995, the. Division received a request from you requesting review and approval for
the locating of a garage on the site with the Allen Massey Residence and wastewater facility. In
accordance with the issued permit WQ0011109 and the NCAC 2H .0200 regulations, we offer the
following response.
The only concerns with the locating of the garage on this property would be the location in relation
to the waste treatment system. Review of the permit requirements show that the proposed location of the
garage on the attached map does not violate any water quality concerns and should not cause any
operational problems. Assuming location of this garage meets all other rules and requirements for such an
action, the Division has no concerns with the placement of the garage at the specified location.
