Allan Snaith of the Winston-Salem Regional Office has confirmed that this facility is now using
subsurface wastewater treatment, instead of using Pump & Haul. The Pump & Haul permit is
rescinded, effective immediately.
By copy of this memo, I am requesting the Budget Office to clear all pending billings from the
billing file for the subject facility.
