The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the
Mooresville Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility has connected to the
City of Statesville sewer system and is no longer engaged in pump and haul activities as
authorized by the subject permit. Because Permit Number WQ0008631 expired November
10, 1994, its record will be removed from our computer systems, effective immediately.
