Non-NPDES Permit No: WQ0008100 Guilford County After discussions with Mr. Stephen J. Gosselin on 951205, it appears that the facility may utilize natural attenuation at this site_ He indicated that levels were below groundwater standards except at one well which had minimal impacts and that discussions with the Groundwater Section indicated that the natural attenuation process would likely be acceptable. Based on Mr. Gosselin's comments and his letter, the WSRO-WQ Section is not aware of any reason why the permit cannot be rescinded. CC: Central Files WSRO-WQ WSRO-GW
