Thank you for the email responses to the Notice of Deficiency letter. Based on the
review by Stephen Berry of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources' Winston-
Salem Regional Office, it is my understanding that Stoney Creek Elementary has
satisfied all requirements except establishing vegetation around and removing woody
vegetation from the lagoon embankment, but that you have provided an October
timeline for these activities to commence. Mr. Berry will follow-up with you after the
first week in October to verify whether these issues have been addressed.
