Baker: Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject State Permit. Staff of the Winston-Salem Regional Office have confirmed that this Permit is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, State Permit No. WQ0005941 is rescinded, effective immediately. If in the future you wish to again operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new State Permit. Operating without a' valid State Permit will subject the facility to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
