Of the site by myself and -the Orange County Health Department, an
area suitable for a low pr(-2ssure pipe sys•teni was found and permit
i,,55ued. This infornlation was conveyed verbally to two of your
inspectors when they canie to inspect the spray irrigation systems
on Lot 2 Phillips Place and on Lot 1 Phillips Place. Out Of the
four spray systems originally proposed by the engineers for
Lots 1-4 Phillips Place, Only Lots 1 ,.and 2 were necessary and
have subsequently been permited .and construceterl_ Perniits for
LPP systems were iSSUed for Lots 3 and 4,. Please note this in
