To Whom. It May Concern:
Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Surface Irrigation Permit. Staff from the
Asheville Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit_ is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with
your request, Surface Irrigation Permit No. W.Q0005113 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a new
Surface Irrigation Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Surface Irrigation Permit will
subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to S 10,000 per day.
