A routine internal review of the modified Attachment B that was certified on November 12, 2002
for the subject residuals land application program was conducted recently.
During this review, it was discovered that the approved vicinity and buffer maps for the newly -
certified land application sites were not included with the Attachment B, as required by the Division of
Water Quality's (Division) current standard operating procedures. As such, we are forwarding herewith
these maps for inclusion with your permit (i.e., behind the Attachment B that was certified on November
12, 2002). The Division apologizes for any confusion that this omission may have caused.
