In accordance with e-mail correspondence received from Mr. Jeff Spivey of Synagro South, Inc.
on April 15, 2003 and April 17, 2003, we are forwarding herewith a corrected Attachment B, certified on
April 4, 2003, of Permit No. WQ0003226, issued on April 4, 2003, for the subject residuals land
application program.
The following corrections have been made to Attachment B.-
1. The wrong identification numbers for three of the land application sites were listed in the
table of sites that are approved for land application of residuals. These are as follows (note
corrections have been made to Attachment B and the Division of Water Quality's (Division)
database) :

acknowledgement is provided by the Division. Submit four copies of these results to the Non -discharge Permitting Unit, NCDENR-DWQ, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC
27699-1617.
`The woody vegetation on this site shall be cleared prior to any residual land application event. The drain located in the east part of the field shall be extended.
