In accordance with the request from Clinton Williams (Synagro Inc.), we are forwarding herewith the
corrected Attachment A for Permit No. WQ0001989, issued September S, 2007, for the subject facility.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
1. Residuals monitoring frequency and sampling requirement are updated and now based on the actual
dy tons of residuals applied per year.
Please replace Attachment A of the permit No. WQ0001989, issued September S, 2007 with the
corrected Attachment A.

monitoring is required), then no sampling data is required during the period of inactivity. The annual report shall include an explanation
for missing sampling data. Those that required to submit the annual report to EPA may be required to make up the missed sampling,
contact the EPA for additional information and clarification.
