The following corrections have been made to the permit: 1. Residuals monitoring frequency and sampling requirement are updated and now based on the actual dy tons of residuals applied per year. Please replace Attachment A of the permit No. WQ0001989, issued September S, 2007 with the corrected Attachment A.
