In accordance with an e-mail notification request from Mr. Scott Berg of Synagro South, Inc.
received on November 16, 2005, we are forwarding herewith a corrected Attachment A, certified on
October 14, 2005 to be included in Permit No. WQ00000543, issued on September 26, 2003.
During his review of the modified Attachment A, Mr. Berg noted that the total maximum volume
of residuals approved per year was incorrectly listed as 250.0 dry tons instead of 280.0 dry tons to reflect
the combined totals from both residual source -generating facilities, and has now been listed correctly.
Please insert this corrected Attachment A, certified on October 14, 2005, into Permit No.
WQ0000543, issued on September 26, 2003.
