The correction to the subject permit is as follows: 1. Add an additional PPI to allow different effluent monitoring requirements and limits for pre - construction (PPI-001) and post -construction (PPI-002) of the WWTP conversion project. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0001664 issued February 9, 2015 with the enclosed corrected Attachment A. Fairways I (with Baymeade, Autryville, or Pactolus soils) through 7 and 15 through 18, maximum cumulative loading rates over any twelve month period of 96.7 inches- b. Fairways I (with Foreston or Leon Soils) and fairways 8 through 14, maximum cumulative loading rates over any twelve month period of 32.2 inches. C.
