Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Land Application of Residual Solids(503)
Permit. Staff from the Winston Salem Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required.
Therefore, in accordance with your request, Land Application of Residual Solids(503) Permit No. WQ0000956
is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a new
'.and Application of Residual Solids(503) Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Land
Application of Residual Solids(503) Permit will subject the responsible parry to a civil penalty of up to
$10,000 per day.
