In accordance with a telephone request received on December 8, 2003, we are forwarding herewith the
corrected pages 1 & 2 of Permit No. WQ0000265, issued to the North Carolina Department of
Correction, for the subject facility.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
1. The first paragraph of page i has been changed from, "...to serve Washington Correctional
Center_" to, "...to serve Washington Correctional Center and the NC Department of
Transportation Maintenance Facility..."
2. Condition 11.8 of page 2 has been changed from, "No type of wastewater other than that from
Washington Correctional Center shall be irrigated onto the irrigation area." to "No type of
wastewater other than that from Washington Correctional Center and the NC Department of
Transportation Maintenance Facility shall be irrigated onto the irrigation area."
Please replace Page 1 with the corrected Page 1 and Page 2 with the corrected Page 2 into Permit
No. WQ0000265, issued October 31, 2003.
