Dear Mr. Gearren:
On June 10, 1991, the Director of the Division of
En is orilnental Management (DEM) ID"Lega-ced the permitting and
administrative responsibility for contaminated soils to the DEM
Groundwater Section. Because yo!ar permit number WQ0004835 is for
the disposal of contaminated soils, this permit was transferred to
the Groundwater Section from the DEM tater Quality Section. As a
part of that transfer, the Divisio_, i< hereby amending permit
number WQ0004835 effective March 4., 1993 by assigning it a new
number. This new permit number is SR0400045. All permit
conditions shall remain unchanoed..
