RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED Mr. Guy Hinton, Vice -President of Operations Wayne Farms, LLC 4110 Continental Dr. Oakwood, GA 30556 Subject: Attachment B Certification Permit No. WQ0004609 Wayne Farms Wayne Farms Residuals Land Application Program Land Application of Residual Solids (503) Surry County Dear Mr, Hinton: In accordance with your permit modification application package received on April 28, 2008, as well as additional information received on June 30, 2008, we are forwarding herewith a modified Attachment B, certified on July 1, 2008, to Wayne Farms, LLC for the subject residuals land application program. This certification is being issued to modify Attachment B. The modified Attachment B approves 276.0 acres of area for land application of residuals under this program. PIease replace the existing Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0004609 that was previously certified on February 28, 2006, with this modified Attachment B. Note that the vicinity and buffers for any new and modified land application sites are attached to this modified Attachment B. It is the Permittee's responsibility to ensure that a complete permit is created by inserting this modified Attachment B into Permit No. WQ0004609, issued February 28, 2006, and making sure to retain any vicinity and buffer maps for any existing and unmodified land application site. This modified Attachment B shall be effective from the date of certification; shall be void Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0004609 that was previously certified on February 28, 2006; and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein as well as those specified in the above reference permit. As Always, remember to take time to review this modified Attachment B thoroughly, as some of the conditions contained therein may have been changed since the last certification. Note that this modified Attachment B is hereby incorporated by reference into Permit WQ0004609, issued on February 28, 2006. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Status and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-6714.
