Fifth Avenue Wilmington, NC 28401 Subject: Rescission of Permit No. WQ0004604 Ogden Village Utilities, Inc. New Hanover County Dear Mr. Stocks: The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Wilmington Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility no longer operates the non discharge waste water treatment system as authorized by the subject permit. Therefore, as you requested, Permit Number WQ0004604 is hereby rescinded effective immediately. If in the future, you determine that you wish to operate a non discharge waste water treatment system, you must first apply for and receive a new Non discharge Permit. Operation of a waste water system without a valid Non discharge Permit will subject the owner to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
