Dear Mr. Smith:
On June 10, 1991, the Director of the Division of
Environmental Management (DEM) delegated the permitting and
administrative responsibility for contaminated soils to the DEM
Groundwater Section. Because your permit number WQ0004083 is for
the disposal of contaminated coils, this permit was transferred to
the Groundwater Section from the DEM Water Quality Section. As a
part of that transfer, the Division is hereby amending permit
number WQ0004083 effective March 16, 1993 by assigning it a new
number. This new permit number is SR0400051. This permit number
supersedes SR0400043 issued effective March 5, 1993 which was
issued in error. All permit conditions shall remain unchanged.
All future correspondence regarding the subject soils disposal
facilities should reference the new permit number SR0400051. Any
such correspondence should be directed to:
