Spray Irrigation Yadkin County Dear Mr. Heath: This is in reference to your request received August 22, 1991 for the renewal of the subject lagoon dewatering and spray irrigation facility. Permit No. WQ0003941, issued June 11, 1991, erroneously contained permit condition VI -9 which required the Permittee to request renewal of the permit within 180 days of the permit expiration date. Since the subject permit was issued for a period of one year and the one time only dewatering of Lydall's lagoons renewal of the permit is not necessary. Therefore, the Division is hereby returning the subject renewal request. The supporting documents and the application fee of $250 are being returned to you under separate cover. Please be advised that if the lagoon dewatering operation is not completed as scheduled or within one (1) month of the permit expiration date, then Lydall, Incorporated shall immediately request renewal of the subject permit.
