In accordance with your letter received July 8, 1994 requesting the termination of industrial pump
and haul Permit No. WQ0003566 issued November 19, 1992, and in accordance with the Division's
policy regarding industrial pump and hauls, Permit No. WQ0003566 is hereby voided effective
• *nmediately.
PIease be advised, the Piedmont Landfill and Recycling Center will be responsible for the proper
transportation of this landfill leachate. Any environmental impacts that can be attributed to this activity
may be used as justification for the Division of Environmental Management to request termination of these
pump and haul activities.
