Dear Mr. Clemmons:
This is in reference to your application received November 21, 1989 for the construction
and operation of the subject wastewater treatment facility.
On December 28, 1989, a letter was sent to you from the Groundwater Section
requesting additional information. This information was due by February 26, 1990. As of this
date the requested information has not been received; therefore, the Division of Environmental
Management must return your application and support documents as incomplete in accordance with
North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1. The documents are being forwarded to you under
separate cover.
When you have obtained the requested information which is needed to make your
application complete, you may submit a new application package and permit processing fee.
