This letter is in response to your telephone inquire of March 5, 1990, with Mr. John Seymour
of the Division of Environmental Management.
Pursuant to G.S. 143-215 and North Carolina Administrative Code 15 NCAC 2H. 0200 we
are hereby notifying you that the subject Pump and Haul permit will expire on March 15, 1990. In
accordance with the subject permit condition Number 8, this Pump and Haul permit ahall -nQLbe
renewed. Please be advised if your wastewater treatment and disposal facilities come into
non-compliance with the State of North Carolina's General Statues and/or duly adopted regulations,
you may be subject to the enforcement authority of the Environmental Management Commission.
