It has been brought to our attention that Attachment A of existing Permit No. WQ0002004, issued June 9, 2010, contains
an error. We are herewith forwarding the corrected Attachment A.
The following corrections have been made to Attachment A:
1. The calculation of Sodium Adsorption Ratio (00931) in the WWTF Effluent (PPI 002) has been changed from
monthly to four times a year (4 X year) to bring it into alignment with the sampling of the parameters needed to make
this calculation.
Please replace Attachment A with the corrected Attachment A into Permit No. WQ0002004, issued Jane 9, 2010.
