Dear Mr. Sullivan,
Kelli Park performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection on the proposed site for the Stonebridge
wastewater treatment system on September 5, 2018.The attached Environmental Protection Agency inspection
form notes the areas that were evaluated for this inspection.The findings and observations are outlined below:
I. Permit
The NPDES permit became effective September 1, 2017 and expires on August 31, 2022.
II. Facility Site Review
The treatment system has not been built yet. The location of the proposed site is on Labrador Run, located on
the right off Shulls Mill Road. Labrador Run is a gated road.
IX.Conclusions
Please keep in mind that you must apply for and receive an Authorization to Construct before proceeding with
