Facility Description: Nexeo Solutions is located at 3930 Glenwood Drive in Charlotte, NC on 12.9 acres of land in the
Stewart Creek Watershed with approximately 68% impervious area. The facility receives, repackages, and distributes
hazardous and non -hazardous materials.
File Review/History: CMSWS previously inspected Nexeo Solutions/Ashland Distrubution on January 22, 2009. A
compliant inspection report was issued by NCDENR-Division of Water Quality.
Inspection Summary: During the site inspection on March 31,
2014 Nexeo Solutions was observed to be in
compliance with NPDES Stormwater Permit NCS000315 and the City of Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control
Ordinance.

The facility has a stormwater detention basin located in the
southeast corner of the property. The basin has a valve that
stays in the closed position and rain infiltrates the ground
without being discharged. This basin is used for possible spill
containment at the railroad bulk loading location.

located adjacent to the east tank farm.

The facility has a combined aboveground storage tank capacity
of 508,700 gallons, however tanks are never filled past 75%
capacity. The facility routinely has --2500-3500, 55 -gallon
barrels of assorted hazardous and non -hazardous materials
stored in the warehouse. The storage warehouse has
automated secondary containment dikes to prevent spills from
leaving the facility.
