We spoke on the phone back in July about some information that was still needed for this application for coverage
under our NCG020000 Mining Discharge NPDES Permit for Ernie Everett Site Prep, Inc. (Kinston site). Below is the
record I entered in our database after that call. I was reviewing the pending projects on my desk today and realized I
have not received anything on this. Do you have an update on when you'll provide the additional information on the
wastewater alternatives analysis section of the application (question #38)? 1 realize the application indicates that
dewatering as a result of heavy rainfall would be minimal, but the application still needs to address this section, which is
required by our rules.
