What is going on with this issue, by my count this is the third round of correspondence we have received from
DWQ on this issue and now they are returning our applications? Why are we having so much difficulty satisfying
them? Do we need to schedule a meeting to discuss this with DWQ staff so that our next submittal is the last
one? Please let me know and I'll be glad to attend. Thanks, Dale.
