Reference is made to your application dated March 18, 2009 for Department of the Army
(DA) individual permit authorization to fill wetlands in conjunction with the construction of a
church on property located off NC Highway 12, adjacent to Pamlico Sound, in Frisco, Dare
County, North Carolina. The purpose of this correspondence is to facilitate the efficient
evaluation of your application.
As discussed with your consultant, Mr. Kendall Turnage of Environmental Professionals,
Inc., the processing of your application has been greatly hampered by continued revisions to the
project plan. Accordingly, your file has been retired and no further action will be taken in this
matter until such time that you are able to submit a final proposal for the subject project. A
request for the re-opening of your file must be in writing and accompanied by a new application
form containing all information necessary to deem your application complete as discussed in
detail with your consultant.
