Ms. Amanda — as we discussed by phone today, the WTPs listed below do not qualify, after all,
for General Permit NCG59. Therefore, please disregard my AD -INFO letters of 25May for these
sights. I have misinterpreted the permitting strategy, forgetting that the Neuse River Basin
requires Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus (TN/TP) monitoring, not possible via NCG59. I
sincerely regret any inconvenience this has caused you. Please expect to receive, as scheduling
may allow, individual draft permits for renewal for the following WTPs.
