DWQ acknowledges receipt of PCN, plans and level spreader materials for the above referenced project;
however, there was no fee or data CD with the package. The Express fee to remit is $3,000. We will need one
(1) data CD of full size plans in TIFF Group 4 format (black and wihte, not grayscale or color). If the plans are too
large to store in TIFF format, they can be stored in PDF. DWQ will be unable to begin the review and approval
process until the submission is complete.
