For your records, attached are the revised the plans to addressing the comments received at the site visit on June 26,
2018. The revisions are described below:

1. Detail 1 on sheet 2A shows the changes to the rip rap placement. Specifically, there will be no filter fabric under
the rip rap in the channel bottom. On the channel banks, the filter fabric has been replaced by 4” of gravel (#57 washed
stone).

2. Detail 3 on sheet 2B shows the placement of a sill across one of the 48” pipes at endwalls A1 and A2. Also shown
is the placement of channel substrate material within the pipe and the proposed grade at the endwall to create a flood
shelf. Detail 6 on sheet 2B shows the sill plate detail.
