Please reference your letter dated March 9, 2009 requesting written confirmation to
close the Bear Creek Bridge Mitigation site. Based on the 2008 anneal monitoring report
and an April 29, 2009 field meeting, we Concur with your recommendation that the
construction and success criteria requirements of the Restoration Plan for the Bear Creek
Bridge Mitigation Site have been satisfied and that monitoring of the site can be
discontinued.
