Inspection Summary:
The inspection was conducted as part of the permit renewal process. Based on the inspection the site was in compliance
and I recommend that the new permit be issued as drafted. However, the site is a candidate for further technical assistance.
They have been sampling monthy for zinc for many years and have evaluated most sources of zinc contributing the higher
discharge levels at outfall 2. Additional sampling was recommended during the inspection. Char/Meck stormwater services
also recommended that additional dye testing of the stormwater/wastewater collection system be conducted to confirm that
all of the site inlets discharge to the wastewater treatment system.
