aerial photograph. US 70 construction activity information provides info on 1,000 sf of buffer zone 1 impacts
and NO temporary or permanent stream impacts.
The project involves emergency bore and jack installation of a new pipe structure adjacent to an ewsting pipe
structure that discharges into Buffer Zone 1. Impacts of 1,000 sf in BZ 1 are allowable based on protection of
ewsting structures, facilities and stream banks that require disturbance to the riparian buffer.
