This Facility has not had a discharge since 11/5/2015. 1 understand as long as we have not had a storm water discharge
do not have to report. But the permit talks about a Semi- Annual reporting period. I do not known if there is a special
form I must submit stating we have not had any discharges during this reporting period. Can you give me some
guidance, Please!! I can sent
