Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Reports for the inspection conducted at the
subject facility in Newton, on July 10, 2018. Coverage under NCG130085 and rescission for NCG210384 cannot be
granted at this time. Best practices to reduce TSS from outfall 2 need to be implemented (silt sack/silt socks/hay
bales/DOT inlet cone covers). Please continue monitoring monthly for TSS and email us your sample results. Should
