Friends, I was the one who advised Alaina that yes, we can re -activate a permit, but we just need to go through a few more hoops with EPA so the ICIS database info reconciles. However, I don't think we should do that here. Back in 2012, we notified several permittees with expired permits that they would have one last chance to renew, or else we would deactivate the permit, and this marina received such a letter. See the attached letter. Given their non -response to this notification, it's appropriate to re -activate their old permit. I think we need to go through the process of issuing coverage under a new NCG19 COC.
