Comments follow: 1) The outfalls and analytical monitoring requirements have been rationalized based on the industrial activity ongoing or planned. Once we have 2 years of monitoring data further rationalization may be possible. 2) Part II has been modified to include electronic reporting of monitoring results 3) Benchmark values for analytical monitoring are the same as Marshall's 4) Unless you want us to inspect the site to evaluate the outfalls, we have no other comments. We had only one speaker, and the public comment period concludes this week on 6/20. Our draft stormwater permits had gone to MRO for comments several years back but were held from issuance until the wastewater permit was ready for notice. We just wanted to ask that if MRO has any other comments on these draft permits, to please let Rick or me know by Wednesday.
