Center Ave., Suite 301 Mooresville, NC 28115 RE: Braeburn Subdivision Fast Track Permit Narrative Dear Ms. Nagulapally: June 6, 2018 R_C0VF0//vC J(/ OFNRiOgR N 1.?;;ii, 8044151 44 Ro FfF Enclosed are the required documents for your review in permitting the proposed gravity sewer associated with the Braebum subdivision within the Town of Indian Trail, Union County, North Carolina. At build -out, the subdivision will consist of 365 single-family residential lots and service to one (1) offsite single-family residence. Based on the calculated use of 285 gallons per day per housing unit and 3,650 gallons per day per amenity, the project will generate approximately 107,960 gpd. Union County Public Works has accepted the proposed project water and sewer plans dated June 6, 2018. The proposed sewer to serve the project consists of approximately 18,029 LF of 8" gravity sewer within the proposed subdivision and will be connected to the existing UCPW 30" gravity sewer in two (2) locations to the northeast of the site. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or require additional information. Sincerely, ESP Associates, Matthew R. Reikmg, E CC: Union County Public Works P.O.
