Subject: Buck CTCC and Steam Station Draft NPDES Stormwater Permits
Zahid,
As you know, we had a public hearing last Wednesday evening in Rowan County for the Buck Station NPDES
permits. We had only one speaker, and the public comment period concludes this week on 6/20. Our draft stormwater
permits had gone to MRO for comments several years back but were held from issuance until the wastewater permit
was ready for notice. We just wanted to ask that if MRO has any other comments on these draft permits, to please let
Rick or me know by Wednesday.
