Additionally, this well will also serve as part of the federal CCR Rule monitoring program. The well identified as MW-20BRL on the attached map, will be protected by four bollards and a two feet by two feet concrete pad. The well will be encased with a four inch square protective tube with a lockable lid. The typical volume at the well of the bollards, well casing and concrete pad will be approximately 3.59 cubic feet or approximately 0.00008 acre feet. As with the previous wells, the drill rig will access the wells using temporary timber matting to eliminate permanent impacts from equipment access. After well installation the matting will be removed and the wells will be accessed by foot for sampling. We would like to include this in the NWP5 issued on September 1, 2017, which covered the other four wells installed at that time.
