To whom it may concern, Megan Davis has the consent from Robert W James Jr and Robert W James III to pursue
correcting and improving the proper designation of the land they wish to build a house. Consent forms and permits will
identify the land as that occupying 10 or more acres in close proximity to the intersection of Big Oak Rd and Charlie
Manning Rd. located on parcel 11381.
We have been working together on this project and her effort has been paramount. Please allow her to represent our
interest in working to recatorgorize the land so that they may finalize their plans to purchase the land and build a home
there.
