I have a few items I need to finalize my review of the project: 1. The Agent Authorization form did not come through during the electronical submittal process. Could you please resubmit it. 2. 1 understand that a few of the channels on this project are small "ditches" however the General Certification requires dewatering for all temporary impact areas. Would you please either use the same language about coffer dam detail for all impact areas, or add a note that work must not be done in flowing water and either work during dry channel conditions (including predicted precipitation events) or follow the dewatering sequence shown elsewhere in the plans. 3. Please provide a note on the plans that although the construction corridor is 40' that the permanent maintenance corridor at stream crossing locations will be 20' or less, or you can provide a request and justification for a wider permanent corridor. 4. On sheet 3 the center line of Brushy Fork is shown, however I can't tell where the Top of Banks area. At approximately station 15+501 cannot determine if there will be any disturbance within 10 feet of the top of bank which would be prohibited under the General Certification. Can you please have this checked/verified and address as necessary. Would you please use this link to upload any documents/addended plans etc. Choose the "more information response" and enter in the DWR# and version # from the subject line of this email. Please let me know if you have any questions about these items.
