Re: Sanitary Sewer Collection for East Voyager Academy
The proposed project involves converting an existing church (Harvest Community
Church) into a K-8 charter school. The plan is to remove the existing pump station
within the existing building and then gravity connect that building and the
proposed modular classroom building into a site pump station. The site pump
station will then reconnect into the existing forcetnain on-site.
The capacity is based on 350 students x 10 gpd/student which equals 3500 gpd.
The package duplex pump station will also include an on-site backup generator and
controls.
The property is located at 7429 Tuckaseegee Road in Charlotte, Mecklenburg
County, NC. The site is located on the east side of Tuckaseegee Road and is more
specifically defined as PINS: 055-51142, 20 & 21 and is currently still owned by
the Harvest Church Inc of Charlotte.

cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station
en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation
of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This
analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using
the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II
plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party.
