Collection System Permit No. WQCS00099 z f, Randleman Collection System Randolph County Dear Permittee: A review has been conducted of the self-reported Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) 5-Day Report submitted by City of Randleman. This review has shown the City of Randleman to be in violation of the requirements found in the subject permit and/or North Carolina G.S. 143-215.1(a)(1).
