One existing classroom building and the existing administration building will be demolished as part of this project. Part of the existing sewer system will need to be relocated to build the new building. The total K-12 student body at Charlotte Latin School is about 1,400 students and is not expected to increase. The existing sewer system at Charlotte Latin was installed around the year 1970. The personnel involved with the school at that time are no longer associated with the school. No existing permit information has been found in the files. Sincerely, AMiller, Fran.E.
