I have been trying to track down an answer to your question below. Attached are the files we have in regards to the
Stormwater NEC. Neither form has a complete permit number, so it appears as if one was not assigned. Are you able to
assign one for this location?

Please see attached change of owner affiliation that we received 8/24/17. I cannot find this facility
listed in our database. If you were assigned a permit #, please provide the number so that I can update
our system. The system shows several other permits listed under the same company name but not this
particular site.
