Landon Davidson and I met with you at the Greystone WWTP on April 25, 2018 for a brief inspection. We
approve of the location for the sampling port beyond all treatment units that was agreed upon at the meeting.

On 4/25/2018 Landon Davidson and I (Daniel Boss) conducted an inpsection at Greystone Subdivision
WWTP. We met with Shannon James, Juanita James, Brian Osteen, and Eddie Osteen. Juanita
wanted us to help determine where to install a sampling port that was beyond all treatment units. She
said they were thinking of installing it at the first elbow in the line after the dechlorinator, and Landon
and I thought that would be an acceptable place to put it.
The water in the chlorine contact chamber was quite murky and tannin colored. Juanita said it always
looked that way, but it appeared much clearer on our visits in September of 2017.
We asked Shannon James to demonstrate her method of sample collection using a ziploc bag. She
managed to successfully collect a sample from the dechlorinator by inserting the bag into a gap at the
back of the device.
Juanita James was ORC of this facility from 8/27/15-8/15/17. Juanita said that during her tenure as
ORC, she would take her samples from the chlorine contact chamber because she didn't think of any
alternative.
Landon collected a fecal sample from the dechlorinator and another sample directly from the outfall
pipe. The fecal analysis results were similar from the two locations:
Dechlorinator sample= 57 col/100ml Outfall sample= 69 col/100ml
