Brennan,
I had the engineer do a little cleaning up of the site plan and produce some detail drawings (see attached). However,
when I reached out to them, they informed me that they would be directionally drilling the utility line. My first thought
was to only depict the bore hole areas, which there would have been four to impact wetlands and the stream impacts
would not be necessary at all. But, after speaking with the developer, we decided to keep the impact area the same. We
did this to ensure that the contractor had flexibility with the bore hole locations. That being said, we do not anticipate
impacting the entire shaded wetland area or the two stream crossings, on the attached map, but would like to secure
authorization in the event that it is necessary.
Please let me know if this is acceptable.

Thank you, Brennan.
I will get the engineer to work on preparing a better drawing and detail sheet(s).

David,
It looks like we have everything we need for this except some clear and legible plans. There is a lot going on with the
plan sheet submitted in the PCN. Can you guys provide something that will be clear for anyone who comes
behind be and does compliance? Also, can you provide detail sheets for the
impacts so that we can see what we are authorizing?
Thanks,
Brennan

Brennan,
The developer of the Catherine's Cove development (Bayshore / High Green
Drive) has asked about the status of the permit. I know you mentioned it was on your desk and you would process as
you get to it. If you do have any updates please let me know.
Thankyou
David
